2015: Appeared in six contests during his senior season with the Privateers … ended the campaign with 30 innings pitched which was fourth highest on the team … struck out 16 batters along the way as he collected two wins on the year … made his season debut in the team’s season opener and went five innings while picking up the win against Mass. Maritime (2/26) … went three innings in his next start against St. Joseph’s (Brooklyn) (3/15) … went a season-high seven innings and did not allow an earned run while striking out two batters in the team’s Skyline opener against Old Westbury (3/30) … added three strikeouts in just two  innings of work against Baruch (4/8) … tossed six innings of work and struck out a season-best four batters as he picked up his second win of the season against Mount St. Mary (4/12) … went a season-high seven innings in his final appearance of the year on the road at Purchase (4/18).

2014: Started in five games while making eight appearances for the Privateers during his junior campaign with the team … was the team leader in ERA with a 3.15 over 34 1/3 innings on the season … was also tied for the team lead with three wins as well as two saves on the year … was second on the team in opponents’ batting average as he held the opposition to a .254 BAA … also led the staff in strikeouts with 35 on the season … started the season by allowing just three hits over six innings of work against Capital (2/23) … came back and allowed just two earned runs over four innings against Plymouth State (3/10) … struck out a season-high 11 batters while not allowing an earned run over seven innings en route to his first win of the year against John Jay (3/23) … followed that up with another 11-strikeout performance over a season-high nine innings of work to pick up his second win of the year against NYU-Poly (4/2) … recorded five outs in each end of a doubleheader against Mount St. Vincent without allowing a hit to register both saves against the Dolphins (4/6) … tossed 76 pitches in four innings of work against Purchase (4/12) … ended his season with an inning of relief against Mount St. Mary (4/13).

High School: Graduated from Sullivan West High School in Lake Huntington, New York in 2011 … played four seasons of baseball for the Bulldogs … also played four seasons of football on the gridiron and ran track for one season … was a member of the OCIAA Division Championship Baseball team in 2009 … was named Team Most Valuable Defensive Player in baseball in 2010 … also named Most Valuable Offensive player for the football team in 2009 … was a two-year baseball and a two-year football captain while in high school.

Personal: Son of Sharon and Harvey Alsdorf … has two siblings, Justin and Sara … is planning to get his degree in Marine Engineering while at Maritime.
