THROGGS NECK, NY – The Maritime College sailing team, along with the Junior Sailing Association of Long Island Sound will be hosting the annual College Sailing Forum on Friday, Dec. 19 at 6:30 p.m.  The event will take place virtually over Zoom, with Privateers Head Coach Tara Foster serving as the moderator.

During the Forum, participants will learn about a number of topics related to collegiate sailing: A Guide to College Sailing Conferences, College Sailing Teams, Recruitment Guidelines, Pathways and Opportunities.  There will also be a breakout session where attendees will have a chance to ask questions of coaches and current college sailors.  Including Maritime, 15 college teams have confirmed their participation.
