The Maritime women's soccer team looks to return to the win column tonight when the team hosts Saint Elizabeth for a contest under the lights on Reinhart Field.

The Privateers enter on only their third loss of the season on Saturday, falling in the Skyline Conference opener to Mount St. Vincent by the score of 2-0. Prior to that, Maritime defeated Briarcliffe in its last home game by the score of 3-0. In the win, senior Jorrie Trenkamp (Tabernacle, N.J./Seneca) scored twice while classmate Amy Hansen (Greenwich, Conn./Greenwich ) netted her second goal of the season. Sophomore goalkeeper Kristen Hoar (Buffalo, N.Y./Kenmore East) has had four-save showings in each of the past two games while going 1-1.

Saint Elizabeth has struggled throughout the season and enters with a 0-6 record. In their last game, the Screaming Eagles fell to Cedar Crest last Thursday in Allentown, Pa. by the score of 6-0. Junior Carla Martinez made 10 saves in the losing effort.

All-Time Series
The Privateers and Screaming Eagles have split their all-time matchups with each team winning three of the six games against one another. Last season, Saint Elizabeth earned a 3-2 win over Maritime in the season opener as Saint Elizabeth scored three first-half goals and didn't look back.

Trenkamp Honored Again
For the fourth time in as many weeks, Jorrie Trenkamp (Tabernacle, N.J./Seneca) was named a recipient of Skyline Conference weekly honors. This week she was named to the honor roll for the second straight week and third overall, and also has a conference player of the week award from back during the second week of the season.
