Box Score THROGGS NECK, NY - The SUNY Maritime women's volleyball team was swept in the openeing weekend of conference play by Mount Saint Vincent and Old Westbury. The Privateers drop to 0-5 (0-2).
Over the two games, Claudette Killian (Baldwinsville, N.Y./Lima Christian School) (Baldwinsville, NY/Lima Christian School) recorded 22 assists along with 10 digs. Brittany McVea (Camillus, NY/West Genesse) (Camillus, NY/West Genesee) led the team in kills with 12 and 19 digs. Jeanette Golson (Brooklyn, NY/Transit Tech) (Brooklyn, NY) recorded 5 blocks over the two game span.
The Privateers will take the court again on the 27th at Medgar-Evers College. The match is set to begin at 7PM.
