Box Score THROGGS NECK, NY - The women's volleyball team suffered a loss to the City College of New York lsat night, 3-0. Individual game scores were 30-12, 30-7, 30-15. The Privateers fall to 0-2 on the season.
The Maritime offense struggled, recording only two kills and 3 service aces the entire evening. Brittney McVea (Camillus, NY/West Genesee) led the defense with 2 digs and Jeanette Golson (Brooklyn, NY/Transit Tech) (Brooklyn, NY) recorded 2 blocks and an assisted block.
The Privateers will take the court again on September 20th at Brooklyn College. The match is set to begin at 7:00 PM.
