Box Score THROGGS NECK, NY - The women's volleyball team won their first game of the season against Lehman College 30-22, however they lost the match 3-1. SUNY Maritime fell to 0-7 on the season.

Jeanette Golson (Brooklyn, NY/Transit Tech) (Brooklyn, NY) following with 8.5 points, including 3 kills, 2 aces, and 3.5 blocked shots. Claudette Killian (Baldwinsville, N.Y./Lima Christian School) (Baldwinsville, NY/Lima Christian School) recorded 13 assists on the evening.
The Privateers will take on Sarah Lawrence (at Bard College) on Saturday beginning at 3:00 PM, before taking on the Bard College at 5:00 PM.
