Senior Riley Kernan of the sailing team guided the Privateers to a fifth place finish at the McMillan Cup hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy.
 
The Privateers finished in fifth place in the lone race of the event, behind Navy, Merchant Marine, Mass. Maritime, and Coast Guard. Kernan was joined by Caitlin Cummings, Trace Dittenhofer, Cullen Paclicka, Christian Perez, Gregory Ferguson, Jeffery Ellington, Peter Mosconi, and Miller Condrack at the event.
