Senior Tim Hoch of the basketball team led the Privateers with 25 points in the team's win over the Maine-Presque Isle Owls on New Year's Eve.

Hoch now has 150 points on the season and is averaging 15 points per game through the team's first 10 games of the 2016-17 season. He is also one of just two players to start in all 10 of the team's games this season.
