Senior defensive end Hugh O'Brien capped off his historic career with a strong output in his final game on Saturday against Gallaudet, as he along with the Privateer defense shut out the Bison by a score of 26-0.

For the season, O'Brien led all Maritime defensive linemen with 80 tackles, and finished his career 5th on All-Time Tackles List with 205 to his credit. He also had 18 tackles for a loss in yardage to lead the team to set a new program record with 45 in his career. In addition, O'Brien contributed with 6.5 sacks to this year lead the team to finished 1st All-Time with 18.5 for his four seasons.
