Maritime College Athletics

Senior Nick Galli was named Maritime's 2014 Male Athlete of the Year.

Galli combined for eight seasons at Maritime including a four-year member of both the Privateer baseball team and the ice hockey team. On the baseball team he currently has a career .287 batting average with 121 hits and 60 RBIs and also has 35 stolen bases in 45 attempts. Defensively he has 30 outfield assists including two to preserve Maritime's two no hitters in 2014.
 
As a top six forward all four of his seasons on the hockey team, he contributed greatly to the Conference Championship and help make a run to the ACHA National Tournament during the 2012-13 season. He has also been a four-year starter for the baseball team and the Privateers have qualified for the Skyline Conference Tournament each of the last three seasons.
