Senior Nick Sarna became the first Maritime pitcher to toss the first perfect game in modern program history in Tuesday's Skyline Conference opener against Yeshiva. Sarna neeeded just over 70 pitched to set down 21 Yeshiva batters in a row without allowing a hit, walk, or any other base runner.

With his effort against Yeshiva, Sarna was named the Skyline Conference Pitcher of the Week as announced by the league on Monday afternoon. Sarna was named ECAC Metro Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday evening as well.
