Semler finished the 2012 baseball season this past week with a team-high .413 batting average, a mark that was third in the Skyline Conference. He drove in 23 RBIs and scored 24 runs. His .540 on-base percentage was the conference’s best and he finished the year with a .510 slugging percentage. His great ability to draw walks led him to a second-place ranking in the Skyline with 27 free passes.
