THROGGS NECK,, N.Y. (Oct. 27, 2012) – The Skyline Conference announced on Saturday that the Skyline Championship Meet scheduled for Sunday up in Newburgh has been postponed due to the threat of severe inclement weather for the area in the coming days.
 
        This is the second-straight year that inclement weather has forced a postponement of this race. Last year, it was a rare October snow storm.
 
        A rescheduled date has not been selected at this time, but when it is, it will be posted on the Maritime Athletics website, www.MaritimeAthletics.com and the Skyline Conference website, www.skylineconference.org.
