The Maritime Football team will look to reclaim its fourth-straight Chowder Bowl Trophy when the squad plays host to the Buccaneers of The Massachusetts Maritime Academy tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 2. The Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) announced on Wednesday that the Maritime football team was selected to finish in third place among its conference opponents this season, as voted on by the head coaches of the eight member schools on Tuesday. On Thursday night, at the first team meeting of the new season, Maritime football head coach Clayton Kendrick-Holmes and the coaching staff announced the team captains for the upcoming 2010 campaign. As the football team’s August 12 report date rapidly approaches, the coaching staff has been finalized for the 2010 campaign.
